Erie Belle Robison, 98 of Fall Run, WV passed away on Monday, November 18, 2019 at the Braxton Health Care and Rehabilitation Center after a short illness.

She was born October 31, 1921 in Corley, WV to the late Martin Luther Gregory and Dora Belle Hamilton Gregory.  In addition to her parents, Erie was preceded in death by her husband, Wallace Harper Robison; son, David Lee Robison; son-in-law, Billy L. Conrad; great granddaughter, Holland Elizabeth Taylor as well as several brothers and sisters.

Erie enjoyed church and was a devout Christian.  She was a member of Fall Run United Methodist Church, where she served as song leader for many years.  She loved living in the country, working in her gardens, growing flowers, raising farm animals, as well as canning, cooking and baking.  Erie valued her time with her children and grandchildren, sitting on the porch swing, singing, playing music or just listening to the whippoorwills.

Left to cherish her memory are daughters Patricia Maxwell and husband, Dan Maxwell of Zanesville, OH, Barbara Conrad of Heaters, WV, Margie Spory and husband, Gene Spory of Vass, NC; sister, Leta Hudkins of Flatwoods, WV and long-time caregiver and friend Barbara Anson of Burnsville, WV.

Erie is survived by grandchildren, Bobby Mealey, Kimberly Wagner, Marinda Locke, Leigh Ann Singleton, Heather Sodaro, Jeff Spory, Amanda Spory, as well as eight great grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter.
