Dear Veasey Family, I am so very sorry to hear of your loss. I can not begin to imagine the pain that you are feeling at this time. But please be assured that our Heavenly Father understands the pain and grief that you are feeling. God's word gives us the assurance that soon death and the pain that it brings will be gone forever. Revelation 21:3,4 says, "With that I heard a loud voice from the throne say: Look! The tent of God is with mankind, and he will reside with them, and they will be his people. And God himself will be with them. And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away." What a wonderful time that will be. And you can be sure that these things will come about. Revelation 21: 5 says, "And the one seated on the throne said: Look! I am making all things new ." Also he says: "Write, for these words are faithful and true." 2 Corinthians 1: 3,4 describes our God as "the father of tender mercies and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our trials." It is my prayer dear ones that through God's word , you are supplied peace ,comfort and endurance during this most tragic and heartbreaking time. { Phillipians 4:13} {Psalms 83:18}
